PRX Biorevitilizer

Needle-Free Biorevitalization • Firmer Skin • Smoother Texture • Radiant Glow

PRX-T33 is a professional, needle-free skin biorevitalization treatment designed to improve the appearance of skin quality, firmness, texture, and radiance—with little to no visible peeling or downtime.

Unlike a traditional chemical peel that primarily works by exfoliating the surface of the skin, PRX-T33 uses a patented combination of trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid with a specialized application technique to stimulate skin renewal without intentionally removing layers of the epidermis.

The result is skin that can appear firmer, smoother, brighter, and more refreshed without needles or significant downtime.

What Is PRX-T33?

PRX-T33 is a topical professional treatment containing 33% TCA, hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid.

Although TCA is commonly associated with chemical peels, PRX-T33 is formulated differently. The combination of TCA and hydrogen peroxide allows the treatment to stimulate the skin without the frosting and significant visible peeling typically associated with a traditional TCA peel.

This makes PRX an excellent option for clients who want to improve their skin quality but aren't looking for the downtime associated with more aggressive resurfacing treatments.

How Does It Work?

PRX-T33 is applied to the skin using a specialized massage technique.

Rather than simply painting the solution onto the surface like a traditional peel, the product is worked into the skin according to a specific professional protocol.

The treatment is designed to stimulate the skin's natural regenerative processes while supporting improved hydration, firmness, elasticity, and overall skin quality.

Because the outer layers of the skin are not intentionally removed, there is typically little to no visible peeling afterward.

What Can PRX Help Improve?

PRX-T33 may be used to improve the appearance of:

  • Fine lines

  • Loss of firmness and elasticity

  • Dull or tired-looking skin

  • Uneven skin texture

  • Enlarged-looking pores

  • Certain types of discoloration

  • Sun-damaged or aging-looking skin

  • Certain atrophic or depressed scars

  • Overall skin quality and radiance

PRX can be used on areas including the face, neck, and décolleté, depending on your individual skin concerns and treatment plan.

Is PRX a Chemical Peel?

PRX contains TCA, but it is not performed like a traditional TCA chemical peel.

Traditional chemical peels intentionally create controlled exfoliation of the skin, which may result in visible peeling and downtime.

PRX-T33 is formulated and applied differently. Its patented combination of TCA and hydrogen peroxide is designed to stimulate skin renewal without causing the characteristic frosting and significant exfoliation associated with traditional TCA peels.

For this reason, PRX is better described as a needle-free biorevitalization treatment rather than a traditional chemical peel.

What Should I Expect During Treatment?

PRX is applied to clean skin and massaged into the treatment area using a specific application technique.

You may experience warmth, tingling, or mild sensitivity during application. The treatment itself is relatively quick and does not require needles or numbing.

After treatment, your skin may immediately appear smoother, firmer, hydrated, and more radiant.

Will My Skin Peel?

PRX is specifically designed to avoid the significant visible peeling associated with traditional chemical peels.

Most clients experience little to no visible exfoliation. However, individual skin responses vary, and temporary dryness, tightness, mild flaking, redness, or sensitivity can occur.

Appropriate post-treatment skincare is important to support the skin following treatment.

When Will I See Results?

Many clients notice an immediate improvement in the way their skin looks and feels following treatment, including increased smoothness, hydration, and radiance.

PRX is also designed to provide progressive improvement when performed as a series.

For clients looking for more significant improvement in firmness, texture, fine lines, or overall skin quality, a treatment series is generally recommended.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

While PRX can be performed as a single treatment for a refreshed appearance, a series of treatments is typically recommended for progressive skin rejuvenation.

Your treatment plan will depend on your skin, concerns, and goals.

At Obsidian Medspa & Wellness, a common PRX treatment plan consists of four treatments approximately one week apart.

PRX vs. Microneedling or Skin Resurfacing

These treatments stimulate the skin in different ways.

PRX-T33 is topical and needle-free, making it an excellent option for improving skin quality, firmness, hydration, and radiance with minimal downtime.

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels to stimulate collagen remodeling and is often selected when concerns include acne scars, fine lines, pores, and texture.

Nano Fractional Skin Resurfacing provides a more intensive resurfacing approach for concerns such as acne scars, texture, pores, and visible signs of aging.

Depending on your skin and goals, these treatments may be used individually or incorporated into a longer-term skin rejuvenation plan.
