PRF Biofill

Natural Volume • Regenerative Support • Facial Rejuvenation

PRF BioFill is an autologous injectable treatment created from your own blood and designed to combine subtle volume enhancement with regenerative facial rejuvenation.

Unlike traditional dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid, PRF BioFill uses components obtained from your own blood that are processed to create a smooth, gel-like injectable product.

The result is a more natural approach for clients who want subtle facial rejuvenation while supporting overall skin and tissue quality.

What Is PRF BioFill?

PRF BioFill begins with a small blood draw.

Your blood is processed to separate specific plasma and fibrin components. Through a controlled preparation process, these components are combined to create a gel-like product that can be strategically injected into selected areas of the face.

Because the injectable is created from your own blood, PRF BioFill is considered an autologous treatment.

How Does It Work?

PRF BioFill provides two different components to treatment:

Immediate support and subtle volume
The gel-like consistency can provide temporary structural support and soft volume in selected areas.

Regenerative support
The platelet- and fibrin-containing components are used with the goal of supporting the body's natural healing and tissue-remodeling processes.

Unlike traditional filler, which is primarily designed to create predictable volume and contour, PRF BioFill is intended to provide a softer, more regenerative approach to facial rejuvenation.

What Areas Can Be Treated?

Depending on your anatomy and treatment goals, PRF BioFill may be considered for areas such as:

  • Under-eye hollows

  • Cheeks

  • Nasolabial folds

  • Marionette-area lines

  • Areas of mild facial volume loss

  • Selected facial lines and folds

  • Overall facial rejuvenation

Not every area or type of volume loss is appropriate for PRF BioFill. A facial assessment is performed before treatment to determine whether BioFill or another treatment would better address your concerns.

PRF BioFill vs. Traditional Dermal Filler

Although PRF BioFill is sometimes described as a “natural filler,” it is not the same as hyaluronic acid dermal filler.

Traditional HA fillers are manufactured injectable gels designed to provide more predictable volume, contour, and structural correction.

PRF BioFill is created from your own blood and provides a combination of temporary volume and regenerative support.

Because it is biologically derived from each individual patient, the amount of correction, longevity, and response can vary.

PRF BioFill may be especially appealing to clients who prioritize subtle results and prefer an autologous approach rather than traditional dermal filler.

PRF BioFill vs. PRF Injections

These treatments are related, but they aren't identical.

Traditional PRF injections primarily focus on regenerative support and gradual improvement in tissue and skin quality.

PRF BioFill undergoes additional preparation to create a thicker, gel-like consistency capable of providing more immediate support and temporary volume while still incorporating autologous blood-derived components.

Your treatment goals and facial anatomy will help determine which approach is more appropriate.

What Should I Expect?

A small amount of blood is drawn and immediately processed to prepare your PRF BioFill.

Once prepared, the BioFill is strategically injected into the selected treatment areas.

You may notice some immediate fullness after treatment. Keep in mind that some initial fullness can also be caused by temporary swelling.

Over the following days, swelling settles and the treatment area begins to take on a more natural appearance.

How Long Does PRF BioFill Last?

PRF BioFill does not have the same predictable longevity as traditional hyaluronic acid filler.

The gel component is gradually broken down by the body, and results vary depending on the treatment area, preparation technique, individual biology, and amount used.

Because PRF BioFill also incorporates a regenerative approach, the goal extends beyond temporary volume to supporting gradual improvements in tissue and skin quality.

Repeat treatments may be recommended based on your individual response and goals.

Will PRF BioFill Give Me the Same Results as Filler?

Not necessarily—and that's an important distinction.

If your primary goal is significant volume restoration, facial contouring, or a highly predictable structural correction, traditional dermal filler may provide a more appropriate result.

PRF BioFill is better suited to clients seeking subtle volume enhancement combined with a regenerative approach.

During your consultation, we'll discuss which option is most appropriate rather than trying to make one treatment accomplish something it wasn't designed to do.
