With a background rooted in compassionate nursing care and a passion for advanced aesthetics, Anna brings a unique, holistic approach to beauty and wellness. As both a Registered nurse and Licensed aesthetician, Anna blends clinical expertise with an artist’s eye for detail-helping each client achieve radiant, natural results that enhance their confidence from the inside out.
Her vision for Obsidian Medspa was born from the belief that true beauty starts with balance- where science meet self-care, and results never compromise authenticity. She is dedicated to creating a calm, luxurious environment where every treatment supports whole-body wellness, empowering clients to look and feel their absolute best.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Anna loves staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and skincare innovations, ensuring every service offered reflects both safety and sophistication.

Gian Tricomi, MD
Dr. Gian Tricomi views his career as a physician as an ever-evolving journey that has allowed him to positively impact many lives while deepening his understanding of his health. He embraces a philosophy of mutual growth, where the care he provides to others and himself intertwines. Dr. Tricomi’s foray into aesthetics began with a MedAesthetics course in injections, where his initial apprehension gave way to admiration for the art of enhancing natural beauty. He likens the transformative process of aesthetic medicine to an artist's work, drawing a parallel to Michelangelo’s creation of "David" as he admires the collaboration between nature, medicine, technology, and his patients.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Tricomi fosters an egalitarian, team-based approach. He believes no one individual has all the answers and seeks to leverage the diverse experiences and expertise of the providers he supervises. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, where the uniqueness of each team member is valued, and solutions are tailored to each situation. Dr. Tricomi creates a sense of belonging and appreciation within his team, ensuring that every individual's contributions are celebrated.
